As a small NFP , ADA-Vic did not have the resources available to baseline and planned for continuous improvement of the systems.

Solution
Anywise provided a small project team as part of its Anywise.AIDE offering. Over a 6 month period, Anywise conducted a detailed requirements definition and system design activity to create an integrated IT architecture.
Impact
While ADA-Vic has not yet been able to fully implement the proposed design, it have already seen significant efficiencies in our communication systems, data collection and governance and hundreds of hours in saving in dashboard and reporting functions. The improvements have elevated ADA-Vic data fluency and had a meaningful impact to our members and key stakeholders.
