Senator Reynolds and the Hon Melissa Price MP recently hosted Anywise at Parliament House.
Taking time to meet with Senator Linda Reynolds and the Honourable Melissa Price was Anywise's Steve Kouloumedas (CEO) and Chad Murphy to highlight how Anywise supports its Government, Defence, and industry partners in achieving their desired outcomes.
The members of parliament were briefed on how, as a true small sovereign capability, Anywise has been able to develop a Health Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) for the Army's bridging assets through an initiative implemented by the former government.
The Defence Innovation Hub supported companies in conducting the required research and development to solve current ADF problems, which has also garnered international attention. Multiple international partners are now seeking further information on how to procure the HUMS equipment. Implementation of the system will save Defence and the government significant money by capturing the usage data to provide the ability to forecast assets expected life.
The members of parliament were also briefed on how Anywise uses agile project management strategies and prefers "deliverable-based" contracting so we can assemble the required diverse team to deliver the required project outcomes.
Anywise is committed to being a responsible corporate member of society by ensuring 20% of profits are donated to support charities and not-for-profit organisations - as further recognised by being a certified B Corp member.
As a sovereign Australian-owned and controlled company, Anywise is one of many SMEs ready to help provide agile scale and capacity to Defence as it adjusts to the outcomes of the DSR.
